Cette semaine, Tonio est intervenu pour conseiller l’un de nos boulangers !
Le problème du jour : Le choix d’une façonneuse à pain et son utilisation optimale
Quand la façonneuse façonne !
Déplacement sur Lyon en cette fin décembre très douce comme le prouve la photo ou Tonio arbore un polo de circonstance !
La boulangerie Le Moulin de Léa a donc demandé l’aide de Tonio pour du conseil sur le choix d’un matériel supplémentaire : la façonneuse à pain. Cette machine qui a donc pour but de façonner des baguettes à la volée est un investissement relativement onéreux et il ne faut donc pas se louper sur le choix du matériel !
Durant 2 jours, Tonio a donc accompagné Le Moulin de Léa pour choisir puis surtout configurer et régler la machine et enfin la tester ! Le but final était de réaliser plus facilement et rapidement une baguette Tradition sans lui faire perdre en qualité !
Le résultat est probant ! La baguette Tradition conserve un très bon goût !
Il ne vous reste plus qu’à venir découvrir les nouvelles baguettes du Moulin de Léa !
