From 21 to 25 April 2014, our advisor in bread-making shared his know-how with bakers, restaurateurs and Malaysian business leaders in the form of a 2 to 3 day course. In partnership with Jean-Michel Fraisse, Antonio Louro reunited admirers of French bread hoping to perfect their skills with a programme based on taste and tradition!
